Clubs & Fixtures

Important information (please keep this for reference):

oPlaces for Hama Beads, Multi Sports and Board Games/Cards club can be booked via ParentPay up until 9.00pm on Sunday 2nd March 2025
oThe cost for these clubs is £1.00 per week
oNo refunds will be given for non-attendance or if your child decides not to continue with the club
oHomework Club does not need to be booked – the children can just join in
oSchool Band is being trialled this half term. Places do not need to be booked – the children can just join in, but need to attend every week. Children can bring in their instruments from home – please check with Miss Pollendine if it’s a large instrument. Any instrument and any standard are welcome
oClubs run for 5 weeks
oPlease note the day and the time of the club(s) and if there is any equipment needed.

Your child should be fully committed to their club(s) and we expect full, weekly attendance. Please ensure that the club leader is informed if your child is unable to attend on a particular week.
oWe maintain a register of children who attend each club, butwe do not phone if children fail to attend. Parents will be contacted after a child fails to attend (without explanation) for two consecutive weeks in order to confirm, or remove, their place in that club.
oPlease indicate on ParentPay, when booking, if your child will be collected or will attend After School Club
oPlease note and adhere to the parent collection points. This is where you will meet your child at the end of the club and the club leader will sign your child out.

Please note that oversubscribed clubs will operate a first come, first served basis.
