Clubs & Fixtures

Important information (please keep this for reference):

Places for Arts and Crafts, Coding, Football, Choir can be booked via ParentPay.

The cost of each club taking place after school is £1.00 per week

No refunds will be given for non-attendance or if your child decides not to continue with the club

Homework Club does not need to be booked – the children can just join in

Clubs run for 5 weeks, except Arts and Crafts and Coding which will run for 4 weeks (Monday November 4th is an Inset Day)

Please note the day and the time of the club(s) and if there is any equipment needed.

Children attending football MUST have shin pads and suitable to socks to cover them fully. Children will NOT be able to participate without them and will be sent home.

Football will be for children in Years 5 and 6 only this half term, and will run for children in Years 3 and 4 after Christmas.

Your child should be fully committed to their club(s) and we expect full, weekly attendance. Please ensure that the club leader is informed if your child is unable to attend on a particular week.

We maintain a register of children who attend each club, but we do not phone if children fail to attend. Parents will be contacted after a child fails to attend (without explanation) for two consecutive weeks in order to confirm, or remove, their place in that club.

Please indicate on ParentPay, when booking, if your child will be collected, has your permission to walk home after clubs (Year 5 and 6 only) or will attend After School Club

Please note and adhere to the parent collection points. This is where you will meet your child at the end of the club and the club leader will sign your child out.

Please note that oversubscribed clubs will operate a first come, first served basis.
